3rd - 4th Feb. of 2018 ACS Group held a year end summary meeting of 2017 in the 9^th floor of Shanghai JinJiang Pacific Hotel.President Zhou ChengJin welcomed each branch’s Office Manager from base port cities of China.

Guangzhou Branch reports on the new recruits for per requested positions; The increased business status and the years expense. Meantime, Give the plan for 2018’s product’s orientation and working direction. -- hire high quality staff, explore oversea business, analyze market trends, use all of the strength cooperate with carrier’s different route development for a effective customer developing.  

Shenzhen branch reports on 2017’s main work -- target accomplish percentage, the disadvantage, the solution...etc; also, 2018’s plan and prospect, focus on the oversea market, make our service detailed and extended, recruit more qualified salesman, explore wider customer data, trying to double up the business as well as a potential benefit future.

Ningbo branch reports on 2017’s growth along with local market status, also briefly introduced staff arrangements, business and benefits analysis;In 2018 will trying to build up a main product coordinate with right employee,optimize company’s staff placement, then to win more business and starts to gain profit.益。

Group Human Resource reports on 2017’s main problems, salary system, performance appraisal, Organization adjustment and institutional modify; 2018’s working plan would be salary, performance, training, hiring, staff relationship, company culture...etc. Makes ACS Group becomes better and higher.

CEO of ACS Group- Mr.Wu Jianqiu reports on 2017’s fulfillment, and per works accomplish status: A, Guangzhou,Shenzhen, Ningbo three branches built up,assigned the right person on the right position makes each part working smoothly till today;B,steady increased oversea businesses, not only flourishing door to door moves, 3pl trade logistics, also multilateral trade logistics; C, Pricing sharing platform in between each branches, makes ACS’s service can cover all China’s customer’s needs, also some weak points of the whole process. 2018’s direction will be more clear and specific on proper employees, and collect every possibility to build up Qingdao, Chengdu, Singapore, Australia, Vietnam offices. Great Job in the past but more challenges in the future, we worked hard to pass through 2017’s difficulties, and now immediately we’re facing 2018’s potential crisis.
